History with TAMAM

Dhahran Ahliyya Schools were established as a non-profit learning community in 1977 with a mission to empower every student to become a lifelong thinker and learner, bilingual, engaged, and making a positive difference both locally and globally. The schools are committed to being a leading educational community that fosters collaboration, continuous development, and inquiry, utilizing research and modern technology to enhance student learning. Since 2012, the schools have implemented strategic SMART goals aligned with their vision to ensure ongoing improvement. The focus has been on developing mathematical thinking, and enhancing reading comprehension in both Arabic and English, while promoting effective teamwork. To support these efforts, administrative teams provide targeted assistance to academic teams, helping them achieve their goals. The schools also offer regular training, enabling teams to engage in a structured process of setting improvement goals, analyzing outcomes, and developing innovative strategies, all of which are meticulously documented. The school was among the first schools that joined TAMAM in 2007 during Phase I (2007-2011).
