*This improvement initiative was under the supervision of TAMAM peer coaches of Jordan Hub.

The vision of Al-Hassad School is to have a student who is self-disciplined, able to think, investigate, solve problems, criticize, innovate and lead in an atmosphere of cooperation and belonging to the homeland in light of national standards for learning upon completion of sixth grade. During the need identification station, the TAMAM lead team at Al Hasad School found that there is a weakness in the communication skill between students themselves and between students and their teachers. Moreover, there was a lack of commitment to the school rules and regulations, and weakness in the students’ self-discipline in the school. From here, the team concluded that the need for their improvement project is to “Develop self-discipline skills among students of Al Hasad School, which will be reflected in improving their achievement and attitudes towards learning.” After that, the team developed their improvement plan, implementation plan and monitoring plan. Currently, the team is implementing and monitoring their plan.
