In February 2024, Ms. Diana Gammoh was honoured with the “Active Contributing Member Award” in recognition of her outstanding efforts and valuable contributions to spreading and sustaining the TAMAM’s impact within the TAMAM Jordan Hub and in appreciation of her deep belief in the project’s vision of educational reform. Since the inception of the TAMAM project in 2007, she has demonstrated effective leadership in Al-Asriyya School playing a key role in developing and experimenting TAMAM designs as well as promoting and expanding the TAMAM approach within the school.

 

Her vital role in building strategic relationships and identifying key connections in Jordan has significantly supported the expansion of TAMAM. She has consistently supported TAMAM serving as a strong advocate for the movement and representing its voice among educators in Jordan, Palestine, and other Arab countries. Her commitment and dedication to addressing TAMAM’s improvement needs and fulfilling all necessary aspects of service have been invaluable.

In February 2024, Dr. Abdallah Ambusaidi was honored with the “Active Contributing Member Award” in recognition of his efforts and significant contributions to promoting and maintaining the impact of TAMAM in the Sultanate of Oman. His impactful leadership since joining TAMAM in 2011 commencing as a coordinator and coach for the TAMAM Oman Hub contributed to developing and experimenting with TAMAM designs in Oman in an effective and contextually grounded manner. He showed consistent commitment as he advanced to his current role on the TAMAM Advisory Committee.  During this time, he transitioned to serve as the Undersecretary of Education at the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman where he remained dedicated in his support for the TAMAM movement. In this capacity, he works on building strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the ministry and identifying critical connections that significantly enhance support for TAMAM and expand its reach and sustainability.

In February 2024, Dr. Sally Al Turki was honored with the “Active Contributing Member Award” in recognition of her substantial support in funding the TAMAM movement since the project’s inception in 2007 as well as her valuable efforts in enhancing and sustaining its impact. What distinguished Dr. Sally was her steadfast belief in TAMAM’s vision, convinced that it could be realized. She inspired and persuaded everyone around her, including Sheikh Khalid Al Turki, that this dream could be achieved through collective efforts.

She provided a safe environment that bolstered our courage and dedication. She was always the source of confidence and encouragement for the steering team. Over the past 17 years, she safeguarded the team’s freedom to explore, learn, and design, and knew exactly when to push them towards new experiences and projects. In every situation, she embodied the principles of a change leader who understands that change is not a destination but a journey.

This award was a simple yet heartfelt symbol of appreciation and love from the TAMAM steering team and the TAMAM professional network members!

This award is presented to participating schools in TAMAM in recognition of achieving the standards of the "Self-Renewing TAMAM School”. These schools also played a prominent role in the growth and sustainability of the TAMAM improvement movement.
