Sheikh Khaled Ali Al-Turki, founder and chairman of Al-Turki Holding Group, which was established in 1975. The group consists of several companies operating in the field of construction, manufacturing of building materials, petroleum services and communication technology in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).The group also invests outside KSA through its companies in Egypt and Britain.

He is a Former member of several boards of directors, including: Founding member of the board of directors of Samba Bank; Chairman of the Board of Directors of The International Bank owned by the Arab Banking Corporation, London; Member of the first board of directors of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.

Sheikh Khaled has a great interest in human development and education in particular. He established Dhahran Private Schools in 1977 AD (as a non-profit educational institution) that serves nearly two thousand students, including all stages of public education. He was Chairman of the Advisory Council (founding) of the Center for Middle Eastern Studies at Harvard University, where he participated in establishing the first Master’s degree program in Contemporary Arab Studies. A former member of the Board of Trustees of Middlebury College, where he participated in establishing a college to teach Arabic to non-native speakers. He is a Former member of the Board of Trustees of the General Secondary College, Beirut (IC). He is also a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Arab Open University. He is a member of Mawhiba Board of Directors (King Abdulaziz and His Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity). Sheikh Khaled Ali Al-Turki is a member of the Board of Directors of King Salman Center for Disability Research; and one of the founders and former chairman (more than twenty years) of the Board of Directors of the Center for Care and Rehabilitation of the Disabled in the Eastern Province. Sheikh Khaled Ali Al-Turki is a member of the Board of Trustees (one of the founders), the Arab Thought Foundation.

Sheikh Khaled Al Turki holds a BA and MA in International Relations from the American University in Washington. In addition to a Masters degree in Business Administration from Stanford University in California, USA.
