A four-year specialized paid service agreement was developed between TAMAM and Lebanese International school [LIS] to launch an evaluation process for the school performance on four dimensions, 1) Academic Achievement, 2) teaching and learning, 3) ensuring quality teaching and learning, and 4) leading change. During the first year of this partnership agreement 2022-2023, the TAMAM’s expert assisted the school in evaluating the quality of its outcomes, especially the academic achievement of the students. Customized tools were developed to assess students’ performance across various grade levels and subjects, such as: direct examination, focus group, interviews and statistical analysis. Key performance indicators, rubrics, and standards were developed to assess the school performance in alignment with the board aspirations and the expected outcomes based on the existing literature. During the process, TAMAM’s contribution included in addition to the evaluation process, building the capacity of the team to conduct self-study autonomously later and for this purpose the acquisition of TAMAM competencies were emphasized during the process.

At the end of the year, a workshop was conducted on July 13, 2023, to highlight the stages accomplished and to train on analyzing the results and making the recommendations on one hand, and to capture the learning of this year experience on the other hand.
