محام وشريك مؤسس في مكتب رشيد فهمي كرامي للمحاماة والاستشارات القانونية. محكم وسيط إيرلندي معتمد لدى عدد من الباحثين الجامعيين والخارجية. مدرب معتمد في الوساطة والحكيم لدى نقابة المحامين في طرابلس وهي منظمة محترفة للنزاعات – لندن ومعهد المحكمين للقانونين. تم وضع مجموعة من المتخصصين في العديد من التخصصات المتنوعة فيما يتعلق بالوساطة والحكيم. تولّى وضع عدة قوانين بارزة في مشروع قانون الوساطة المعتمد من نقابة المحامين في طرابلس والمناقش حالياً أمام البرلمانية القضائية النيابية. كما تولت وضع قواعد مركز الوساطة والحكيم في نقابة المحامين في طرابلس. بالإضافة إلى إعداد عدد من الدراسات القانونية والمتعلقة بالوساطة والوسائل البديلة لحلّها. خبير سابق في الوساطة لدى مؤسسة التمويل الدولية. مستشار وزير الشئون الإجتماعية براءة المرأة والطفل والمشرف على خطة وزارة الشؤون الموضوعة عن المرأة والطفل والموقع مع الـيونيسف. عضو في جمعية بيت التدريب والحوار
معلومات شخصية
Rayan is a specialist in educational management and leadership. She is currently an EdD student at the University of Glasgow. She has Master degree and diploma in educational management and leadership, teaching diploma in secondary sciences, and a Bachelor of science in Biology; all from the American University of Beirut. She worked for ten years in schools in the fields of teaching, educational supervision and professional development. She also served as the internal coach and coordinator of the TAMAM project in a private Lebanese school to facilitate the implementation of TAMAM activities at the school and prepare school teams to acquire TAMAM competencies that build their capacity for leading school-based improvement. She is a member in the Advisory Board of a Lebanese private school since 11 years. She has several years of experience in volunteer and youth work in local NGOs.
Rayan is currently a TAMAM coach, program designer, and Network coordinator in the TAMAM Steering Team. She believes in the role of education in making transformational and societal changes.
