History with TAMAM

Asheikh Hamed Bin Obaid Assolaimi Basic Education School, an all-boys school established in 1977 in Oman, serves grades 5-12. The school focuses on developing a generation of readers who contribute positively to their nation. Joining TAMAM in Phase 4 (2018-2021) marked a turning point in the school’s approach to managing educational projects with a more systematic and precise methodology. One of the school’s successful initiatives is the “Reading and Writing Ambassadors” program, which significantly improved literacy skills among fifth graders, particularly those from challenging, remote areas. This success has led to the program’s expansion, with plans for wider implementation across the governorate.
