*This improvement initiative was under the supervision of TAMAM coaches in Al-Ahfad University for Women.
The school lead team in Al-Ahfad school brainstormed and discussed with the school administration and English language experts in Ahfad university the low achievement of students in English language and its four skills of reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Therefore, there school improvement need was identified as improving the performance of English language for students of years one and two. The school lead team then set their improvement and monitoring plans. They followed by implementing their improvement initiative and currently they are evaluating the impact of the process and impact of their school-based improvement on students English language proficiency.
