*This improvement initiative was under the supervision of TAMAM improvement team members as peer coaches.

The school leadership team in Al-Asriyah schools worked to equip all Al-Asriyah school teachers with the necessary competencies within the school departments, and for each department to use the TAMAM journey as its tool for improvement within a culture that enacts TAMAM pillars to achieve the school’s vision and improve student learning.

They also worked to spread the culture of TAMAM in the new schools in Jordan and to establish and install a network community of TAMAM schools in Jordan.
