*This improvement initiative was under the supervision of TAMAM coaches in the National Center for Educational Development, NCED in the College of Education in Qatar University.

The TAMAM team members at Ahmad Bin Mohamed Al Thani Independent School collected data to prioritize the problems faced and held many discussions about these problems. They found that one of the most important issues was deficiencies in the performance of coordinators especially in terms of providing diligent support and follow ups for teachers.
In collaboration with Qatar University and the PST at the American University of Beirut, the TAMAM team at the school researched innovative ways to address the issue, according to a clearly defined system.
