*This project is under the supervision of the school team members at Al Bayan School as peer coaches.
The aim of this project is to launch the work of the various academic departments in the school in terms of its strategies and educational plans, so that all of them have a common language and are aligned with the school’s vision and mission, in order to reach the desired outcomes and goals. This is done by working on unified plans that are flexible to change and improvement and are anchored around achieving the profile of Al-Bayan student stemming from the TAMAM student profile.
