History with TAMAM

Hail Al-Awamer School, a public school established in 1990 in Oman, serves grades 9-12 and is committed to providing high-quality education through effective teaching, outstanding administration, and strong community involvement. The school joined TAMAM in Phase 2 (2011-2015) as part of the first group of schools from Oman and continues to actively participate in TAMAM activities. Joining the TAMAM project marked a significant step in enhancing the school’s educational initiatives. The school launched the “Education First” project to address challenges like wasted learning time due to teacher absences. Through innovative solutions such as educational cinema and classroom technology enhancements, the school successfully improved student behavior, optimized learning time, and increased parental satisfaction, demonstrating its dedication to continuous improvement and educational excellence.
