Online workshop prepared and presented by the TAMAM steering team.

The TAMAM steering team organized a second meeting that is specific to Oman active members. It build on the suggestions the latter had about initiatives they can lead to enact their active membership and contribute in the sustainability and visibility of the TAMAM movement. The session elaborated on the importance of the dissemination of Oman success stories and improvement projects in TAMAM to the broader community of practitioners in the Arab world by investing in Manhajiyat journal for this purpose. The session included description of this journal and its portals as well as an overview of TAMAM’s contribution in Manhajiyat issue 5 in July 2021. The TAMAM steering team served as a guest editor of the articles of the issue’s thematic file entitled “التطوير المستند إلى المدرسة” along with the book review article of the issue, in addition to two weekly blogs published simultaneously. A number of these articles were written by teachers and school principals showcasing their achievements and disseminating the learning they achieved on leading school-based improvement to other educators in the Arab region.

Oman members showed readiness and enthusiasm for the dissemination and visibility of their TAMAM improvement initiatives and lessons learned in leading school-based improvement at a broader level via Manhajiyat.
