Online workshop presented by TAMAM steering team.

This session targeted TAMAM coaches and involved a reflective dialogue among them on how to achieve the balance between leading crisis and leading change. It also involved literature review of the fields or domains for reimagining schools post the pandemic from which TAMAM coaches through breakout rooms derived ideas for an alternative vision of the effective and self-renewing model of TAMAM school in the Arab context. The session ended with an overview of the TAMAM available and contextualized designs as resources and tools that can be invested to reach and achieve this new alternative vision of the reimagined school in the Arab region.
