The steering team congratulates Professor Rola Al- Katerji, the General Coordinator of TAMAM, on receiving this award for her thesis titled “School Networking to Support School-Based Development in the Arab World: The TAMAM Project Experience.” This award reflects the high quality of her research, recognized unanimously by all members of the Education Department as innovative, pioneering, and executed with a high degree of professionalism that meets established standards.

The study explored the experience of networking among five schools within the TAMAM cluster in Jordan around a collaborative development project (related to Arabic language teaching and learning), using TAMAM’s model of school-based development leadership.

We would like to acknowledge the efforts of TAMAM cluster schools in Jordan for their engagement in this experience and collaborative empirical research, which reflected a unique and pivotal experience deserving of widespread attention and dissemination. We also thank them for their valuable participation and cooperation over the years, contributing to the successful completion of all aspects of this study. The schools’ and educators’ interaction with this type of empirical research is a significant contribution to producing rooted scientific knowledge in our Arab context.
