Online workshop presented by Al-Kawthar TAMAM school improvement team members.
This session was specifically targeting the Lebanese public schools. It started by thorough description of the educational field in Lebanon and the phases it passed through. The session also illustrated the concept of Crisis being multi-layered in the Lebanese context and highlighted the importance of “Adaptability” as a skill needed to be acquired by individuals as well as organizations in order to lead the crisis. The characteristics of the adaptable and flexible individual and organization were described and discussions and inputs from school members were also welcomed.
