As TAMAM project continues its partnership with Al-Maymouna for Education in collaboration with the Center for Civic Engagement & Community Service (CCECS) at AUB for the third year, a workshop on Friday, November 19,2021 was held where the two lead teams of the two schools affiliated with Al-Maymouna for Education in Fakiha- Bekaa and Berkayel- Akkar took part in it along with the general manager Mr. Ayman Hamidi Sakr. The teams presented their design of the innovative intervention and the challenges that accompanied the work on it.  On the other hand, the TAMAM Steering Team presented the axes of the work plan with Al-Maymouna for the third year, which will focus on assessing learning and teaching and building a partnership with the parents and the surrounding community. This plan was developed in light of the changes imposed by the conditions of distance learning and the living and economic difficulties that Lebanon is going through, which called for a reflective pause on how to ensure that the innovative interventions will remain an appropriate response to the needs of the schools, and the improvement project remains in harmony with the changes that have occurred.

The workshop ended with a set of recommendations related to forming new leadership teams to achieve the objectives of this year and activating membership within the TAMAM professional network to cooperate in overcoming the difficulties faced by the educational sector in Lebanon.
