Following the hard work on their improvement project related to “developing a well-rounded child”, Hariri High School II team in Beirut documented their experience on the TAMAM improvement journey to lead improvement at school. This experience was reflected in the final evaluation report, which documented the various stations that the lead team went through to identify their improvement need, plan for implementation, and evaluate what they implemented. This report also included the results of evaluation of the school improvement project. At the end of the report, the lead team identified the challenges that they faced during their journey and presented the recommendations for next year as well as the learning they have acquired throughout it all.
