After four years of continuous meetings and hard work on the improvement project, the school lead team members in Aisha Um Al Moeminin School and in Al Ethaar Basic Education School in Oman documented their experiences on the TAMAM journey to lead improvement at school. These experiences were reflected in the final reports, which documented the various stations that the lead team went through to identify their improvement need, plan for implementation, and evaluate what they implemented. These reports also included the results of the evaluation of the school improvement projects. At the end of the reports, the lead team members identified the challenges that they faced during their journey and presented the recommendations for next year.
