As part of its activities, the TAMAM Lebanon Hub held its second training workshop for the academic year 2018-2019 on 29-30th of March 2019 at the American University of Beirut. This workshop included: “Understanding and defining the role of the TAMAM Team in leading improvement in the school”, the importance of “Participative Leadership” and the last station in the TAMAM journey which is “Decision Making: Spreading the Culture of TAMAM”. In addition, it talked about identifying local community entities and the ways to form community support teams.
The participating schools that attended this training included public schools: El Ghubairi Second Mixed Public School, Kfar-Rumman Second Intermediate Public School, and El Tarbiya Al Haditha Public School for Girls, Rachel Edde Public School, Bzal Mixed Public School, Jezzine Elementary; in addition to private schools Lebanese International School and Hariri High School II. Various guests attended as well.
