Dr. Rima Karami and Ms. Rola Katerji attended the meeting that was organized by the Educational board of the “Irshad and Islah association” that supervises the work of the Lebanese International School (LIS) participating in TAMAM since 2013. During this meeting, Dr. Rima presented the goals of the TAMAM project and highlighted the uniqueness of the partnership between LIS and the Project at the American University of Beirut. Following this, she provided an overview of the achievements of the Lebanese International School while traveling the TAMAM improvement journey from 2013 and until this period. She referred to the uniqueness of the improvement project that the school has chosen and that is related to “instructional supervision”, in addition to mentioning the leadership capacities acquired by the participating members. She also portrayed the strategic dimension that the school is focusing on with the TAMAM Project to be a self-renewing learning institution.
